CUSTOM WIRE HARNESS
Custom Wire Harness Manufacturing for OEM Programs
From a single connection to a branched equipment harness, start with your drawing, sample or connector list. We can review the build details with your team before production.
DEFINE THE BUILD
Specify the connections that matter.
Not every drawing is complete at the first conversation. These are the details that help turn a requirement into a useful manufacturing brief.
Connectors and terminals
Connector series, mating references, pin assignments, terminal types and any required wire-end treatment.
Wire and branches
Wire gauge, circuit count, overall length, branch positions, protective covering and installation space.
Assembly details
Labels, colors, mounting points, drawings and packaging instructions where the application requires them.
FROM BRIEF TO BUILD
Keep the same requirements in view.
- 01
Review the inputs
Start with the drawing or sample and identify the connections, routing constraints and details still to be confirmed.
- 02
Align the sample
Use a reference build to check connector orientation, branch layout, lengths and installation fit against the project brief.
- 03
Agree on checks
Make the drawing notes and acceptance criteria clear before discussing repeat production.
PROJECT REFERENCES
Connection types already organized around real equipment needs.
QUALITY CONTROL
Build requirements can be connected to inspection steps.
Continuity, pull-force, crimp profile and material checks are presented on the quality page as part of the process evidence, not as generic promises.

PROJECT QUESTIONS
Before you send an RFQ
Can we start from a sample?
Yes. A physical sample can help identify the connector layout, branch routing and assembly details. Include any changes you need from the sample.
What should the drawing include?
Show connection points, pinout, wire specification, lengths and tolerances when available. Tell us which details are still open for review.
Do you also work on cable assemblies?
Yes. See our custom cable assembly service for point-to-point and multi-connector cable builds.
